Welcome to Ridge Athletics! My name is Kameron (you can call me Kam) and I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy and an endurance athlete. I am deeply passionate about helping people reach their goals, whatever they are, and I specialize in working with endurance, recreational and outdoor athletes.
I have served the Flagstaff community since 2017 as a physical therapist and have since gained a lot of experience and joy working with the resilient group of people who live here. In 2022, I started Ridge Athletics as a way to dive deeper into the athletic nature of our community and offer guidance and structure for those seeking to accomplish their goals. I saw a need for intentional, specific and effective physical therapy and I offer this through strictly 1-on-1 appointments with every client I work with. All treatment or performance sessions offer evidence based care and treatment, using a combination of movement and manual therapy to specifically meet your needs and the demands of your lifestyle or sport.

Hi! I am Kameron and I have lived in Flagstaff, Arizona since 2011 and graduated from Northern Arizona University with my Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree in 2017. Since then, I have been engaged deeply in my professional development, acquiring my Orthopedic Clinical Specialty in 2020. Since working as an orthopedic physical therapist, I have worked extensively with the Flagstaff athletic population and have gained significant experience with both recreational and Olympic level athletes.
Apart from working with athletes, I am an endurance athlete myself. I am an avid runner and have participated in every running event from the road 1 mile to 100 mile ultrarunning trail races. In the winter, I take to the slopes for months of aggressive alpine skiing and uphill ski/ski mountaineering training and races. My dedication to the outdoors and endurance sports is what drew me to the physical therapy profession in the first place and the joy I get from helping others reach their goals and maximize their potential keeps me going.
