The Ridge Athletics Strength and Mobility program for runners offers everything you might need to perform better, feel stronger and prevent injuries along the way. This is a thoughtfully put together program that offers weekly workout routines consisting of strength, mobility, plyometrics, core, balance and more!

  • 5 progressed and varied movement routines each week
  • Access to the TrueCoach app that delivers the workouts right to your phone
  • Video demonstrations of each exercise 
  • Nutrition discounts
  • Monthly exclusive live video session with other members, guests, Q&As, and more 
  • Discounts on 1-on-1 in person sessions and video calls 
  • Modifications to program made in weeks leading up to a race

Required Equipment 


  • Weights (these can be dumbbells and kettlebells - there are barbell programmed exercises for those of you who want to lift heavier, but a barbell is not required) 
  • Resistance bands (both ankle bands and thick "pull up assistance bands" 
  • A box (or anything you feel comfortable stepping/jumping onto)
