Treatment and Training Options

Monthly Virtual Performance Programming *Price varies - please contact for more details*

This is the most common and most popular way I work with clients. Virtual performance programming includes all the tools you need to recover from an injury, perform well and prevent injuries from slowing you down. With this program you'll receive an initial call/assessment where we can discuss your goals, current issues and go through a biomechanical assessment. From there, I will create you a dynamic, custom program all, delivered through an app, that serves to work on your specific goals, aches and injuries. Through the app, you have daily communication access with me to keep me updated on your progress and make adjustments as needed. Price for this varies based on the length of time you sign up for in the program.

Physical Therapy Initial Evaluation ($150) *also offered virtually*

A physical therapy initial evaluation is a crucial part of any athletes success. This will include an in-depth, thorough assessment of your current injury with a physical therapist. During this session, a variety of mobility, strength, motor control and movement analysis tests will be performed to piece together the root cause of your underlying injury. This, in combination with a deep understanding of your lifestyle, activities, and goals, will help to guide your path back to recovery, performance and healthy living.

Performance and Prevention Analysis ($150) *also offered virtually*

Maybe you don't have and injury, but want to optimize your athletic potential and prevent injuries from occurring by meeting with a physical therapist. If so, this is the right option for you. Similar to a physical therapy initial evaluation, this analysis will cover a comprehensive look into your strength, mobility, and movement patterns as seen through the lens of your goals. Whether you are an ultramarathon athlete, a powerful climber, or an on the field athlete (or anything in between), we will take a thorough approach to learn your goals and capitalize on your potential.

Dry Needling Session (30-40 minutes, $90)

A solo dry needling session can be booked and generally takes around 30 minutes to complete. This may involve the use of e-stim with the needling on the targeted tissues, followed by several activation exercises to allow for optimal results.

Physical Therapy Follow Up Session ($120)

A physical therapy follow up session follows an initial assessment. Here, we utilize the information we gathered during the first session to continue building in the right direction. These sports physical therapy or rehabilitation sessions will include a combination of individualized and specific strength training, motor control, mobility and manual therapy (if indicated) techniques to keep you on the path towards your goals.

Performance and Prevention Follow Up Session ($120)

A training session may differ significantly from one to another. Each session will allow the opportunity to engrain strengths and work on weaknesses found during your performance analysis. This will consist of a wide array of individualized movements that will promote your performance in whichever sport you partake in and reduce your risk for injury while doing so. You will still meet with a physical therapist and we will utilize a combination of physical therapy and performance concepts to capitalize on your potential.

Discovery Call (FREE!)

A "discovery call" is a free phone consultation to determine if you would benefit from physical therapy or performance services at Ridge Athletics. We can take 10-15 minutes to discuss your injury, your goals and your expectations and determine the path forward from there.
