Virtual ski camp

$45 / 10 Week Program

Virtual ski camp is a 10 week program designed to prep you for ski season. This means a program that is going to get you stronger, more resilient, better endurance and reduce your risk of injury while on the mountain. The program is a mix of exercises designed specifically to address strength, endurance, motor control, stability and mobility. 


Included in the Program 


  • 20 unique strength workouts 
  • 10 mobility routines 
  • 10 stability routines 
  • Video demonstrations and descriptions for each exercise 


Required Equipment


  • Weights (kettlebells or dumbbells) 
  • Plyo Box (or something similar that can be used in its place) 
  • Resistance Bands 


Who is this for? 


Anybody wanting to prep for ski season! This program has a design that is fit for any level of athleticism and can be regressed/progressed by increasing various parameters of the exercises.
