Virtual ski camp is a 10 week program designed to prep you for ski season. This means a program that is going to get you stronger, more resilient, better endurance and reduce your risk of injury while on the mountain. The program is a mix of exercises designed specifically to address strength, endurance, motor control, stability and mobility.
